1. What we collect
- Email address — to create your account and send your API key.
- API usage logs — URLs you screenshot, format used, timestamp, and success/error status. Used to enforce plan limits and debug issues.
- IP address — for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Not stored long-term.
- Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer ID and subscription ID. We never see or store card numbers, CVVs, or bank details.
2. How we use it
- To operate the service and enforce plan limits.
- To send transactional emails (API key, billing receipts).
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
3. Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Resend — transactional email (resend.com/privacy)
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or third parties.
4. Data retention
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Usage logs are kept for 90 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at [email protected].

1. Acceptance
By using SnapAPI you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Permitted use
- You may use SnapAPI to capture screenshots of public webpages for lawful purposes.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to screenshot the URLs you submit.
3. Prohibited use
- Capturing content that violates copyright, privacy laws, or any applicable regulation.
- Attempting to access internal networks, private services, or cloud metadata endpoints via the API.
- Reselling API access without prior written agreement.
- Automated abuse, credential stuffing, or any attempt to circumvent rate limits.
4. Plans and billing
- Free plan: 1 screenshot to try the service. No credit card required.
- Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time.
- No refunds for partial months, except where required by law.
- Credits reset on the 1st of each calendar month.
5. Service availability
SnapAPI is currently in beta. We provide the service on a best-effort basis with no uptime SLA. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
6. Liability
SnapAPI is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
